2010-2011 Recipient - Allan Riding
Allan Riding joined the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management as a full professor in 2005 and is a joint Deloitte professor in the management of growth enterprises. Professor Riding is very involved with students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has been a coach for the Jeux du Commerce since 2005 and he created the Ottawa Equity Challenge for third-year bachelor’s students, a competition that has participants evaluate a financial enterprise, with the winner obtaining an internship at Export Development Canada. His research interests include entrepreneurship, small business and SME financing.
