Anne E. Bélec is considered one of the most influential women in the auto industry and one of the few women ever to serve as CEO of a major auto company. Formerly president and CEO of Volvo's North American operations, Anne E. Bélec became Ford’s global marketing director in March 2008. She has more than 20 years of marketing, sales and management responsibilities with Ford Motor Co. divisions in Canada, the U.S. and South America.
