Paul Saurette received his Ph.D. in political science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and is a member of the School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa. His research interests include contemporary political theories, the history of political thought, the ideology and politics of conservatism and the Right, international relations theory, and the role of humiliation in global relations.
