2007 Recipient - Cara McCrae
Chancellor's scholarship 2007-2008 (Arts)
Cara McCrae, a graduate of St Mary Catholic High School in Brockville, Ontario has joined the University of Ottawa Faculty of Arts, Psychology and Linguistics. She received honours throughout her high school years and received multiple subject proficiency awards. She was actively involved in school activities, including yearbook council, the junior girls’ curling team, and student council. At the community level, McCrae has volunteered with the United Way and junior liturgy. She has also helped young children who had speech impairments at Vanier Public School.
