2006-2007 Recipient - Dave Holmes
Dave Holmes is an Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa's School of Nursing. For several years, he has been a clinical nurse in forensic psychiatry (both in hospitals and in the community) as well as in public health. His research interests focus primarily on the issue of the power relationship between nurses and vulnerable clients. He is also interested in the control mechanisms used or deployed by nurses.
