2006-2007 Recipient - Claude D'Amours
Claude D’Amours is a professor in the School of Information Technology and Engineering. His teaching talents were also recognized in 2006 when he was given the Faculty’s J.V. Marsh Award for Excellence in Teaching. Since March of 2007, Prof. D’Amours has also been the Faculty of Engineering’s vice-dean, academic. His area of expertise is wireless communication networks with special interest in the physical layer of wireless networks that provides connectivity such as modulation, encoding and multiple access.
