Chancellor's Scholarship 2006-2007 (Engineering)
Whether raising funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, teaching people to swim, or conducting a liturgy, Phil has devoted more than 350 hours serving his community in recent years. An avid reader and debater with a lively intellect, Phil has a passion for science and is a keen sports enthusiast. This young Franco-Ontarian also served as Canada’s youth science ambassador at an International Youth Science Forum in Canberra, Australia. He is a graduate of the École Secondaire Thériault in Timmins.
