The Caldwell Partners’ Top 40 Under 40
Canada's Top 40 Under 40TM is a national program founded and managed by The Caldwell Partners to celebrate our leaders of today and tomorrow. The awards program selects 40 Canadians under 40 who have excelled in their fields by evaluating them on a number of criteria: vision and leadership, innovation and achievement, community involvement, impact, and strategy for growth.The program is designed to promote mentorship and professional development by introducing these leaders to the established business community and by promoting them as role models for young Canadians.
